The intake session is your first opportunity to share about yourself in a brave space. It’s also commonly referred to as an information gathering session, which means I will ask questions to help me get to know you. During our session, we’ll do a bit of paperwork and then you’ll have the opportunity to share about what you’ve been experiencing.

During a follow up session, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, work on establishing the tools you need in your toolbox to overcome these challenges, and check-in on your therapy goals. Follow up sessions happen weekly during the beginning of your therapy journey.

I have a limited number of sliding scale opportunities available. Please contact me to learn more.

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. I also serve as an out-of-network provider for clients who have insurance with other companies. I will provide you with a superbill so you can seek reimbursement for services.
